अर्यालले आफ्नो राजनीतिक यात्रामा विसं २०२३ देखि नेपाली कांग्रेस पार्टीसँग जोडिएका हुन् । उहालको राजनीतिक अनुभव तथा योग्यता थाहा छैन । उहालाई कुनै उल्लेख्य नौटंकी वा विवादमा सामेल नहुन् ।

विसं २०२२ स्थानीय निर्वाचनमा अर्यालले नेपाली कांग्रेस पार्टीबाट वार्ड सदस्य (महिला) को लागि लडिन् । निर्वाचन हारिन्, आवश्यक संख्या मत प्राप्त गरिन् । तर उहाले नेपाली कांग्रेस पार्टीकी सक्रिय सदस्य बनिरहिन् ।
